Association (MILA) Managed Health Care Trust Fund, with equal representation from management and labor, have established the MILA National Health Plan as the health care Plan to provide medical, behavioral health and prescription drug benefits for active and retired employees and their qualified dependents who are covered under the Master Contract, which has been negotiated between the International Longshoremen’s Association, AFL-CIO (the ILA), and employers represented by the United States Maritime Alliance, Ltd. (USMX), and for certain other non-bargaining unit employees as recognized by the Trustees.
